Arch N Line ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is a cross-platform sketching and drafting app for architects and designers, developed by Musana Ali Khan. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. It applies to the Arch N Line app on iOS and Android (package: com.quzafic.archnline).
By using Arch N Line, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and (optionally) an avatar image. You can sign up using email/password or Google Sign-In. We also store your subscription tier and account creation date.
Arch N Line stores the projects you create — drawings, pages, layers, room scans, imported images, thumbnails, and custom symbols. This content is stored locally on your device first (offline-first design). If your plan includes cloud backup, this content is also synced to our secure cloud database, where access is restricted to your account only (and any collaborators you explicitly invite).
With your permission, the App accesses:
Camera, motion-sensor, and microphone data used for AR and room scanning are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
With your permission, the App accesses your device's location (GPS) to center map-based site plans ("Map Projects") on your current location. You can deny or revoke location access at any time in your device settings; core drawing features will continue to work without it.
Subscription purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We only receive the resulting subscription/entitlement status (e.g., Free or Pro tier).
We may automatically collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version to maintain and improve the App.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics/tracking SDKs. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate the App:

We may also disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Your content is stored locally on your device and, if you use cloud backup, on Supabase's cloud infrastructure with row-level security so only you (and any collaborators you invite) can access it. We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your synced cloud data at any time via Settings → Delete cloud backup & projects. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account information and cloud-stored project data from our servers within 30 days. Content stored locally on your device remains on that device under your control until you delete the App or clear its data.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

All permissions are optional and can be changed anytime in your device settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information — for example, the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your data, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Arch N Line is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
